The TrueVitamin Master Plan

TrueVitamin is the system that knows what works. Your data stays yours. What we learn helps everyone.

January 2025

The world has changed

Within the next decade, artificial intelligence will become essentially free. Humanoid robots will make manufacturing cheap. Energy abundance will follow. These aren't speculations—they're physics and economics playing out.

When that happens, most of what we pay for today becomes nearly free to produce. Including supplements. Including health recommendations. Including personalized protocols generated by AI.

When everyone can generate a credible health recommendation, no one can trust one. The bottleneck shifts from access to evidence.

So what becomes valuable? Knowing what actually works.

Not what should work in theory. Not what an AI thinks might help. What actually worked—measured, tracked, validated—for real people with bodies like yours.

The problem we're solving

The system for getting molecules into your body is fragmented.

Supplements today: easy to buy, impossible to verify. You take 400mg of magnesium because that's what the bottle says. But you don't know if you're deficient, if you're absorbing it, or if it's doing anything. No one tracks outcomes. Six months later, you're still guessing. The industry is built on marketing claims, not measured results.

Pharmaceuticals today: doctors track dosing, run labs, and adjust—but the loop is slow and manual. Bloodwork every 6–12 months. A dosage change. Another 6 months to see if it moved. The feedback cycle works, but it operates on a timescale that misses most of what's happening in between. And supplements exist entirely outside that clinical loop—your doctor has no visibility into the 6 supplements you're taking, no way to track whether they're doing anything, and no system connecting those interventions to outcomes.

Meanwhile, health apps track bloodwork, sleep, heart rate, and steps. Sensors are getting cheaper every year. Measurement is becoming automatic. But as information density increases, clarity decreases. None of these systems tell you what to do with that information. None of them verify whether doing it worked.

What TrueVitamin is building

We're building a biological optimization system that works for you continuously.

The loop runs itself:

  • Sense: collects your biomarkers, wearables, training load, and lifestyle signals
  • Reason: identifies what's changing, what's off, and what to do about it
  • Act: adjusts your protocol: supplements, doses, timing, and ships them to your door
  • Learn: measures what moved the needle and what didn't
  • Adapt: feeds every outcome back in, so your next protocol is smarter than your last

You don't manage the system. The system manages your biology.

This isn't a recommendation engine. It's not a health tracker. It's a system that runs experiments, measures outcomes, learns, and gets better.

We're starting with athletes because they care obsessively about outcomes, they comply with protocols, and their results are measurable. But the system works for anyone who wants to stop guessing and start knowing.

Our commitment: Your data is yours

We will never sell, share, or monetize user data. Period.

This isn't a privacy policy hedge. It's a core business principle. Here's why:

The value TrueVitamin creates isn't the data itself, it's the validated intelligence we extract from patterns across populations. What we learn is: “For people with Profile X, Intervention Y improved Outcome Z in 73% of cases.” What we learn together improves protocols for everyone. What's yours: your biology, your data—stays yours. Period.

This matters because:

  • Trust is existential. Users share sensitive biological information with us. The moment we betray that trust, the flywheel stops. No data flows in, no intelligence comes out.
  • The asset isn't the database. It's the intelligence layer—the ability to answer “does this work?” with evidence. That capability compounds. Raw data sitting in a warehouse doesn't.
  • Selling data is a one-time transaction. Building the system that knows what works is an infinite game.

We protect user data because protecting it is what makes everything else possible.

The Master Plan

Phase 1: Close the loop (Now)

Build the infrastructure for personalized supplementation with outcome tracking.

What we build:

  • A single profile per user to collect data from labs, wearables, training, sleep, diet, supplements, all in one place
  • Elvyn (our AI model) generates your protocol: what to take, how much, when, and why
  • Every protocol is tracked against real outcomes—we measure whether it's working
  • Supplements ship directly to you based on your protocol. Smart auto-reorder adjusts quantities and timing as your protocol evolves, no manual ordering
  • Practitioner dashboard so nutritionists and dietitians can monitor clients between appointments. See your client's data, their protocol, and their outcomes.
  • Connectors to AI assistants like ChatGPT and Claude—ask your favourite AI about your protocols, outcomes, and what's actually working, powered by TrueVitamin's evidence layer

How we make money:

  • Membership fees: $9/month for every member that believes in our mission
  • Commerce margin: Commission on every supplement sold through our platform
  • Practitioner subscriptions: Monthly SaaS fee for nutritionists and dietitians using TrueVitamin as their client management OS

Success looks like: Thousands of athletes with complete intervention-to-outcome records. Practitioners using TrueVitamin daily. The largest validated dataset of supplement protocols in existence.

Phase 2: From individual loops to population-level evidence

Phase 1 closes the loop for each user. Phase 2 is what happens when thousands of closed loops run simultaneously: the world's first real-world evidence base for supplementation. We stop being a smart recommendation engine and become the source of truth for what actually works.

What we build:

  • The evidence layer: every protocol becomes a natural experiment. Aggregated and anonymized, our data reveals which interventions actually move biomarkers, for which populations, at which doses, and how long it takes. Published openly, because being the public authority on efficacy is more valuable than hoarding data.
  • Bidirectional practitioner network: nutritionists first, then functional medicine doctors, sports physicians, longevity clinicians. They get evidence tools. Their clinical observations feed back into the system.
  • Contract research infrastructure: supplement brands pay us to validate their products across our consenting, already-tracked user base. Real-world studies powered by existing infrastructure, not built from scratch.

How we make money:

  • Commerce margin continues to scale with users
  • Practitioner subscriptions expand into new verticals (functional medicine, sports medicine, longevity)
  • Contract research: brands pay us to test whether their products work—high margin, because the infrastructure already exists
  • Premium consumer tier: validated recommendations with outcome confidence scores (“73% of users with your profile saw improved sleep on this protocol”)

Success looks like: When someone asks “does X work?”—we have measured outcomes from real people. Brands pay us for validation because our data is more comprehensive than their trials. The moat is no longer the product—it's the aggregate evidence base of what works, for whom, and why.

Phase 3: Make the molecules

By now we know what works. Phase 3 is about manufacturing what nobody else can.

What we build:

  • Standard formulations continue to ship through best-in-class supplement partners—no need to reinvent what already exists at quality
  • Custom formulations we manufacture ourselves: precision-dosed to your protocol, not rounded to the nearest pill size. 347mg because that's what your data says, not 500mg because that's what fits the mold.
  • Compounded products that don't exist off the shelf—multi-ingredient combinations validated by Phase 2 data, serving populations too small for mass-market brands to care about
  • Centralized manufacturing facilities with pharmaceutical-grade quality controls, starting with 3D printing for on-demand production

How we make money:

  • Higher margin on custom formulations we manufacture directly
  • Subscription fulfillment: personalized supplements delivered on a recurring cadence
  • Licensing: validated formulations licensed to supplement manufacturers who want to produce them at scale
  • Practitioner revenue share: practitioners earn from both client membership fees and supplement purchases

Success looks like: Standard products come from partners. Custom formulations come from us. Your supplements are made for your biology, based on what we've measured works—and nobody else can make them because nobody else has the data.

Phase 4: Supplements are cheap

Phase 3 showed we can manufacture personalized formulations. Phase 4 is where the cost structure collapses.

What we build:

  • Integration with robotic micro-factories at neighborhood scale—no centralized warehouses, no cross-continent shipping, no retail markup, no inventory risk
  • TrueVitamin protocols feed directly into production queues. Order today, manufactured tonight, at your door tomorrow.
  • The price of personalized supplements drops dramatically—we pass the savings through to users
  • Formulation intelligence for the industry: our data reveals gaps—populations underserved, combinations nobody manufactures, dose ranges that work but no product exists for. Brands and practitioners use this to develop new products backed by real demand and real outcomes. They can sell through the TrueVitamin platform or take the insights and build their own product lines independently.
  • Expanded practitioner network beyond nutrition: doctors prescribe through the platform, therapists track interventions, specialists monitor outcomes. Every practitioner type that touches supplementation has a reason to be here.

How we make money:

  • Protocol licensing fees: robotic manufacturers pay per-protocol fees to access our validated formulations
  • Certification revenue: “TrueVitamin Validated” certification for manufacturing facilities
  • Platform transaction fees: percentage of every protocol manufactured through integrated facilities
  • Formulation intelligence subscriptions: brands and practitioners pay for access to gap analysis and product development insights. Those who sell through the platform pay a transaction fee on every sale.
  • Enterprise licensing: health systems and large employers pay for platform access
  • Practitioner subscriptions continue to scale across new verticals

Success looks like: Supplements become cheap. We own the validated instructions for manufacturing. Every protocol manufactured generates revenue. The more manufacturing decentralizes, the more valuable the centralized intelligence layer becomes.

Phase 5: Home manufacturing

Manufacturing comes to you.

What we build:

  • Integration with consumer-grade compound printers: simple, safe, regulated devices
  • Your protocol prints at home: we provide the validated formulations
  • Real-time adjustments—your needs change, your printer responds
  • The supplement supply chain collapses to: data → protocol → your kitchen

How we make money:

  • Formulation licensing: per-print fees for validated protocols
  • Ingredient marketplace: facilitated supply of raw compounds for home printers

Success looks like: You don't order supplements. You don't wait for delivery. Your body's needs are interpreted, validated, and manufactured in your home, on demand. We earn on every print.

Phase 6: The infinite game

The system we built for supplements works for anything that goes into a human body.

What we become:

  • The evidence engine: the fastest, cheapest way to answer “does this intervention work?” for any molecule—supplements, peptides, hormones, preventive pharmaceuticals, novel compounds
  • The protocol standard: AI health assistants, practitioners, and health systems worldwide query our evidence layer to make intervention decisions
  • The trust mark: “TrueVitamin Validated” is what consumers look for and manufacturers certify against
  • The research platform: pharma runs real-world validation studies through our network at a fraction of traditional trial costs—consenting participants already tracked, with years of baseline data

How we make money:

  • API licensing: AI health assistants pay to access our validated protocol intelligence
  • Contract research at scale: pharma pays for study design and aggregate results, never individual data
  • Global certification: brands across new molecule categories pay for validation
  • Manufacturing licensing: robotic facilities and home printers pay per-protocol
  • New verticals inherit the entire infrastructure—same model, new molecules, compounding returns

This is the flywheel at terminal velocity: more users generate more outcome data, better data produces more validated protocols, more validation attracts more practitioners and integrations, more integrations bring more users. The robots make the molecules. The AI generates the protocols. The sensors collect the data. We're the validated intelligence layer connecting all of it.

Why us

The loop between intervention and outcome is the most valuable unsolved problem in health. Every part exists independently (tracking, recommendations, fulfillment, measurement) but no one has connected them into a single system that learns. Not because it's impossible, but because it requires building across domains that don't normally talk to each other: AI, commerce, clinical evidence, and manufacturing.

That's what we're building. The full stack: data → protocol → execution → measurement → learning → manufacturing. Each layer makes the others more valuable. The evidence layer improves protocols. Protocols drive commerce. Commerce funds manufacturing. Manufacturing enables precision that generates better data. It compounds.

The market isn't zero-sum. Wearable platforms generate the data we interpret. Supplement brands manufacture products we validate and distribute. Pharma runs studies through our network. Health AI startups query our evidence layer. Telehealth platforms prescribe through our infrastructure. We don't need anyone to fail. We need the loop to exist, and we're the ones building it.

Why now: AI makes the intelligence layer possible. Wearables and cheap sensors make continuous measurement possible. Robotic manufacturing will make personalized production possible. These trends are converging, and the team that builds the connected system first owns the dataset. The dataset is the moat.

The hard parts

These aren't reasons not to build this. They're the reasons it's valuable, because they're hard, most won't try.

  • Causality is genuinely hard. Showing that X caused Y in a complex biological system requires rigor, large populations, and time. We don't fake it, and we don't overstate what the data shows. Epistemic honesty is the product.
  • Trust takes years to earn. Becoming the source of truth for what works means being right publicly, repeatedly, across populations. One bad claim and credibility collapses. We build slowly and show results as we go.
  • Regulation gets harder as we grow. Health claims, data privacy, medical device classification, practitioner licensing. Every phase introduces new regulatory surface area. We navigate this carefully, not around it.
  • Longitudinal data can't be compressed. Five years of validated outcomes takes five years. There's no shortcut, no synthetic substitute. The team that starts first has a structural advantage that compounds with every passing year.
  • Behavior is human. The best protocol in the world fails if someone doesn't take it. Compliance is a design problem, not a technology problem, and we treat it that way.
  • The full stack is a liability and an asset. Building across AI, commerce, evidence, and manufacturing means more surface area for things to break. It also means no one can replicate just one piece and compete.

The mission

Make it 10x cheaper to know what works.

Your body should get better at getting better. Interventions should be tracked, validated, and improved automatically. The loop should close.
